- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I never had problem or bad experience with this bank, but this branch office, the quality of customer service is low and they aren't prepared to tell you what are they services. I went to this bank in Saint Cloud, FL last week to resolve and cancel my debit card because a spam company took my information, so when I got there, they were charging me 30 dollars for cancel a payment and cancel my debit card. I called to customer services and they helped me with any problem and there wasn't charge fees for that. Make sure to have employees prepared with the exact information to offer a better service to the clients.By Kai Elliot, May 05, 2017
