- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★First time opening my own bank account and I went with Wells Fargo because my family has it, and the person who helped me open the account was Valeria Uriarte. She was awesome!!! She knew exactly what she was talking about. She had an answer to every question I had and answered it perfectly to someone who knows nothing about banks and money. She was amazing! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff are so rude and racist, lack of knowledge about the simple basics of banking, looking up while talking instead of making eye contact. Answering yes or no for an open questions instead of giving details and explanations. Some employees(bankers) should be working in flea market not a financial institution, they acting so defensive instead of being friendly. Am closing my account.
