  I have both a checking and business account with this bank. We do a lot of business and have a lot of money going in and out. I am very displeased with the customer service of the Kissimmee location. They ignore me and speak in Spanish to people they know while I am waiting in line. I watched people that were not in line that the tellers know just walk up and hand them their deposit/withdrawal slip and waited on before people in line. I have had bank accounts with Bank of America, Regions and others. I have never had the administrative problems with a bank before like this one. If you for some reason have to order a debit card for the account you had better call customer service several times to ensure they ACTUALLY order the card. One time I lost my card and another my card number was stolen. The first time I called 3 times and finally a month later I got my card. The second time they admitted they never ordered the card after they said they had already ordered it. So, again 4 weeks to get my card. It takes them 10-14 BUSINESS days to get your card. So you are waiting a minimum 3 weeks. Not to mention if you have unauthorized charges on your account. We provided emails that proved we did not order something and they still did not fight the charge. When my card number got stolen I had 3 charges the bank refused to help me with and I had to handle it myself. Their reason because I didn't have an email or a letter as proof I did not do it. I got the police report and video footage released to them but, that was not good enough. Of course I don't have a letter or email of something that was used fraudulently!!! Then I got to pay all the NSF fees on top of this. The police even confirmed my card number was used and it was not me or anyone related to me. I am looking as we speak for a new bank!!!!
