- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their customer service is horrible. When trying to find my missing glasses that was sent to their store, they were very rude and hung up on me as well. Tried to speak with Anabella (manager) and she was actually even more rude. Now i have to replace glasses that were over $200 because of their negligence. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We had medication delivered here and they could not find the package until after we left. They appeared to have no system of organizing packages delivered. They sent us to the Holiday Inn resort nearby because packages are frequently mis-delivered, they said. This was a complete waste of vacation time. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We arrived into town to pick up a very important package after Pak Mail had closed. I emailed them on the off chance someone would be checking the email over the weekend. Surprisingly I got a response and the staff at Pak Mail went above and beyond. They went back to the store late that night, picked up our package and even drove to our vacation rental that night to deliver us our package.
